Good governance isn't a matter of getting a particular position or title. In reality, being chosen for a role is only the first five levels, any successful leader achieves. You have to master the ability to invest in people and motivate them to become more than the boss" individuals obey because they are expected to. You have to achieve results to develop more in your position and create a team that produces. To become leaders in their own right, you need to encourage people to improve their skills. You will then achieve the pinnacle of leadership if you have the capacity and commitment, where maturity can allow you to expand your power beyond your immediate reach and time for the benefit of others.
